- The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region has a requirement to purchase one Omicon CMC356 with advanced Protection Package Software, part number VE002803 or equal and one Omicon Hard Transit Case, part number VEHP0021 or equal in accordance with the attached Specifications provided by the Bureau of Reclamation. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Parts 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations as a 100% small business set aside. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a competitive solicitation for this requirement. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The test set is intended for protective relay testing at the Flaming Gorge Power Plant. These relays include a generator, GSU transformer, non-segregated bus and plant power distribution relays. The contractor will be required to deliver within 5 weeks from date of award to the Reclamation warehouse in Dutch John, UT 84023. See the solicitation for further details. SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The release date for the final and formal solicitation number R16PS01705 is anticipated to be released mid-August. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor this announcement for updates and the release of the solicitation documents.
