- NOTICE LETTER The Federal Correctional Institution, Phoenix, Arizona, intends to make a single award for bread items. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 37900 N. 45th Avenue, I-17 exit #225 at Pioneer Road, Phoenix Arizona 85086. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 19, 2016 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding the acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the SAM/CCR database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date of award will be approximately October 1, 2016. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about September 8, 2016. Deliveries must be completed by December 31, 2016. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 311999. All responsible businesses may submit a quote which may be considered. The name of a local bakery must be submitted to confirm before award that bread can be delivered within 48 hours.
