- SF30 - Amendment 01 which corrects submission date to 10:00 AM CDST on 8/26/16. MUST be submitted with original response to be compliant. SF1449 - original RFQ file. Please note incorrect submission date (8/26/20 at 10:00 AM CDST), so must submit accompanying SF30 for Amendment 01 with response package. The governmentintends to procure tow (2) NAME BRAND or EQUAL Intercomp AC60-LP 12-7200 Low Profile Platform Scale System kits. Each Intercomp AC60-LP 12-7200 (part no. 144031-RFX) Kit includes twelve (12) low-profile scales where each scale has a capacity of 60,000 pounds, and the twelve (12) scales are stowable in a single mobile cart. We are requesting two (2) kits which comes to a total of twenty-four (24) low-profile scales in two (2) mobile carts. Due to the use location, these scale kits require a Class 1, Division 1, Groups C and D Hazardous Location certification. Tinker PMEL staff currently has a calibration unit and will perform on-site calibration of all scales. We will not require any calibration certificates upon delivery. The successful offeror must submit the completed SF1449 and SF30 for Amendment 01 no later than 10:00 AM CDST on 26 August 2016. Submit all representations and certifications not available online (SAM) and all documentation and information as detailed in the solication provision 52.212-2 on page 11 and 12 of the solicitation package. Failure to provide required materials (evaluation documentation and representation and certification data) is basis for determining an offeror Technically Unacceptable.
