- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice to Purchase three new custom built boat trailers for our custom built hydrographic survey boats, Concord, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment and labor to provide the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District with three new custom built boat trailers for our custom built hydrographic survey boats. The period of performance will be completed within 45 days of contract award. The office will be open to the contractor Monday thru Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and all deliveries must be completed during those hours unless alternate hours are approved by the Technical Point of Contact. This solicitation will be available on or about 01-SEPTEMBER-2016. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS RELEASED. The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self-register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 333924 with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 Employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
