Description

PC-16-Q-098 Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions. 1) The RFQ it mentions a past performance questionnaire that needs to be filled out by three references. I can't locate the past performance questionnaire. Can you please send it to me or let me know which document I should find it in? This RFQ does not require past performance questionnaires please provide 3 references for past performance providing complete information on the project and customer information including point of contact. We have removed the reference in the attached updated solicitation on page 25. 2) Does the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation under solicitation number PC16Q098 contain requirements similar to a current contract? If possible, please provide the current contract number. Or, is this a new requirement for the government? This is a new action and there is no current contract in place for this requirement.
