- R16PS01691 Amendment 0001 The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Northern California Area Office (NCAO), at the Keswick Power Plant requires the services of a qualified contractor to provide the removal of accumulated wood and plant material in front of, and at the bottom of three hydroelectric units. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR part 13 and additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order in response to this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being set aside 100% for Small Business. ---------------------- Amendment 0001 ---------------------- The purpose of amendment 0001 is to incorporate Questions and Answers; and extend the date and time for offers. The date and time for receipt of offers is hereby changed from August 23, 2016 to August 24, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. PDT. The offeror must acknowledge the amendment by submitting a signed copy of this SF30 along with their proposal.
