Description
W91QUZ-11-D-0010/D001-19 fully executed under Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304c (b) (3) as implemented by FAR Part 16.505(b) (2) (i) (C) – The order must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract, provided that all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order. New Work extends the existing Task Order (TO) by eight (8)-months. TO was competitively awarded under the Army Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS), Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - Small Business (ITES-SB). The United States Army Criminal Investigation Command (USACIDC) and the Office of the Provost Marshal General (OPMG) require a bridge for the continuation of Information Technical Support and Enhancement services for the Criminal Investigative Management Systems (CIMS) Program. Enhancement Services includes the design, development, testing and implementation of a new enterprise software solution for the Army's Law Enforcement Advisory Program (LEAP), a database that houses classified and unclassified law enforcement sensitive data. Other services provided under TO D001 include program management, legacy systems operations, maintenance and support; systems design and technical support; and integration with external systems that interface with LEAP portal to include support of USACIDC/OPMG client systems.
