Appendix F - Non-Disclosure Agreement Appendix E - Offerors Cover Page Appendix D - Mandatory Clauses Appendix C - Insurance Requirements Appendix B - Third Party Property Interests Appendix A - Legal Description of the Leased Land RFQ - Eglin AFB - 16 Aug 2016 FBO Draft RFQ 16 Aug 2016 Eglin AFB 50 Acre Parcel The Government is performing market research to assess private and public interest in executing the anticipated requirements outlined in the attached Draft Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and associated Appendices. We are notifying interested parties of the planned Industry Day. This market research supports the Government's notional requirement to optimize the value of certain non-excess Real Property at Eglin Air Force Base via Air Force Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) authorities and through a subsequent Request for Qualification (RFQ). A EUL is a non-Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) real estate transaction in accordance with 10 USC 2667 and other authorities. This is not a FAR solicitation or contract for products and/or services. This synopsis is issued for planning purposes and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a final RFQ will be issued.
