Wage Determination FL160027 Concept Drawing HVAC Control Specifications Environmental Specifications Design Requirements DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE: between $250,000 and $500,000 This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS Code is: 236210 A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond will be required prior to issuance of notice to proceed. Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management. ( https://www.sam.gov ) An award cannot be made to a contractor not registered. Prospective offerors are required to provide estimated time frames for completion of project with proposal. NOTICE: FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
