- Combo Intramural Score Boards for 11 FSS 18 August 2016 1. Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1D3776103AW01 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 guidelines. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-89. All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered by the agency. 2. Acquisition Details This requirement is a 100% WOSB set-aside. This is a BRAND NAME or EQUAL requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339920 (Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing) and the business size standard is 750 employees. 3. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract for the following items are being procured: Minimum Salient Characteristics: CLIN Description Quantity Unit Price Total Price 0001 Intramural Basketball Score Board (2) Daktronics BB-2107-AR-PV scoreboards with All Sport 5010 control consoles. The scoreboards and control consoles are wirelessly operated and include decorated corner panels on both scoreboards, border stripe on both scoreboards and (1) scoreboard with a 24" high by 10'-0" wide ad panel. (2) Daktronics BB-2114-R-PV shot clocks with wireless operation. (1) Removal and disposal of the existing scoreboards (NOTE: These scoreboards could also be stored somewhere on AAFB for future use) (1) Installation of the (2) new scoreboards and (2) shot clocks which are to be in the same location as the existing. Assumes existing power supply is compatible with new scoreboards, if not any necessary modifications would be by AAFB 2 0002 Intramural Flag Football/Soccer Score Board (1) Daktronics SO-918-R-PV-F soccer scoreboard, 4'-0" high by 12'-0" wide, operated with an RC-100 handheld control console. The scoreboard and control console are wirelessly operated. (1) Installation of the new scoreboard which includes footings, steel beams to support scoreboard and mounting of the scoreboard. NOTE: Power supply needed for the new scoreboard would be installed by AAFB. 1 0003 Intramural Softball Score Board (2) Daktronics BA-1518-R-PV-F baseball/softball scoreboard, 8'-0" high by 16'-0" wide, each with an All-Sport 5010 control console. The scoreboards and control consoles are wirelessly operated. (2) Daktronics DA-1004-16 arch truss, 3'-0" tall by 16'-0" long with 50% lettering/logo and screen backing. (2) Daktronics DA-1101-3 edged clock, 3'-0" diameter with overhang and no scroll (1) Removal and disposal of the existing scoreboards (NOTE: These scoreboards could also be stored somewhere on AAFB for future use) (1) Installation of the (2) new scoreboards, arch truss and edge clocks on existing I-beams. Assumes existing power supply is compatible with new scoreboards, if not any necessary modifications would be by AAFB 2 Shipping and Handling 1 Lot 4. Delivery Information FOB: Destination Delivery date: 30 days ADC Delivery address: Joint Base Andrews MD 20762 Contractor must provide an affirmative statement of their ability to meet the delivery requirement of 30 days after date of contract 5. EVALUATION PROCEDURES: The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation on the basis of a ‘Lowest Price Technically Acceptable' (LPTA) approach. An award will be made to the lowest evaluated offer that is technically acceptable.
