- Furniture layout Furniture layout Furniture layout Combined synopsis/solicitation W90ZVZCDFurnitureFY16 is being issued as a small business set aside Request for Quotation. Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 442110, Office Furniture Stores. The Utah National Guard has three separate requirement that will be filled under this combined synopsis/solicitation, and will issue three separate firm fixed price contracts. The awards may go to multiple vendors or a single vendor, depending on pricing. Each of these three requirements must be quoted separately and appropriately labeled to properly identify them. The requirements are: 1. Small Office Furniture - Manager office with conference table and chairs; 2 monitor arms; File storage and paper management, and wardrobe. Include installation and delivery. See the attached file titled "Small Office Concept Drawing" for the schematic. 2. S4 Furniture - Workspaces for two with 3 monitor arms each; 1 chair each; paper management options and storage. Include installation and delivery. See the attached file titled "S4 Furniture Drawing" for the schematic. 3. Large Furniture - Modular office furniture. 60 workspaces, +1 SSO office, +1 conference room. With power and network management integrated into the furniture. Include installation and delivery. See the attached file titled "B7 60 Seat Concept" for the schematic. An industry day/site visit is planned for 1 September 2016. All vendors interested in submitting a quote must have representation at the site as it is necessary to discuss the complete details and technical requirements in an open forum, allowing all interested in submitting a quote to obtain the same information. The government intends to award this contract without discussions; as such, only quotes from those who attend the site visit will be accepted. After the site visit, quotes will be accepted the following week, no later than 5:00pm (Mountain) on 08 September 2016. Quotes must be emailed to 1LT Henderson at the email listed above. Evaluations Factors: The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price and award shall be made on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). An LPTA quote is one that is the lowest price while meeting the technical requirements of the Government. A lowest quote may not be the successful quote if it does not meet technical requirements (i.e. the Government still reserves the option to award to other than lowest quote if the lowest quote does not meet technical acceptability). All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. In addition to providing pricing each quote must include vendor's CAGE/DUNS number, Federal Tax Number, and must include point of contact information. Please provide your submission to the United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division no later than 5pm (Mountain) 8 September 2016. Question regarding this requirement may also be directed to this email, with sufficient time to do any research to answer question prior to the closing of this posting. Responses received after the stated deadline will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered.
