Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); the number is VA119-16-Q-0191. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition Operations, Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC), located at 10300 Spotsylvania Ave., Fredericksburg, VA 22408 intends to award a single award, Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Veterans Affairs Enterprise-Wide Psychology Training Accreditation services. The period of performance shall be October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2021 The Statement of Objectives ( SOO), and all Provisions and Clauses set forth in Attachment A represents the Government's minimum requirements that an offeror must meet, IAW FAR12.603 ©(2)(iii). The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 813920, Professional Organizations, with a Size Standard of $15 million. Please denote your company's business size for NAICS 813920 and submit your company's Representations and Certifications as posted in System for Award Management (SAM), IAW FAR 12.603(c)(2)(iv). Type of Contract: Firm-Fixed-Price BPA task orders for specific services/locations will be issued on an as needed basis.
