Description
Q: Will the contractor be furnishing lunch and/or refreshments for the attendees? A: No, vendors will not be providing lunch or refreshments. ----- Q: Will the cost of printed handouts be part of the contractor's responsibility? A: The proposal selected should include the cost of printed materials. ----- Q: Is it acceptable to provide two instructors, or do you require just one? A: The number of instructors is entirely up to the contractor and how they believe their material will be handled best. ----- Q: Will you provide the contractor with the most up to date information about CSRS/FERS retirement benefits ahead of time? A: It is the responsibility of the contractor to demonstrate in their proposal that they have expertise in all areas listed under the course objectives on the statement of work. This includes being up to date on the information pertaining to CSRS and FERS. ----- Q: Is this a follow-on requirement? A: This is a new requirement ----- Q: Can you advise if there is an incumbent? A: There is not an incumbent contractor. ----- Q: Can you advise what the technical requirements are for the solicitation? A: The technical requirements are listed on the Statement of Work under the Additional Information section: Technical Acceptability will be determined by thorough demonstration of the following: • Evidence of past performance delivering similar training; • Expertise in all areas listed under the Course Objectives. ----- Q: Is this a one-time event, or is this an ongoing relationship to train all retirees for a one year or multiple year contract? A: This is a one-time event. ----- Q: Will DOE provide audio and visual equipment if the training has to be held at one of the hotels? A: Yes, DOE will provide the audio and visual equipment if the option for the facility is exercised.
