Description

The combined synopsis solicitation VA101V-16-Q-0321 A00002 is amended as follows. A.To change the solicitation closing date and time to Monday Aug 22, 2016 at 6:00 AM. B.To add the following Schedule of Payments: Maximum amounts payable in arrears: 1.50% of total contract cost incurred in arears: Contractor must have incurred 50% of the total contract amount in their costs and must submit evidence of the cost incurred with invoice. 2.20% of total contract cost upon the completion of rough-in / cable pulls. Completed work must be accepted by the government before invoicing. 3.15% of total contract cost upon the completion of the installation of system components installed. Completed work must be accepted by the government before invoicing. 4.15% of total contract cost upon system commissioning, system training and acceptance. Completed work must be accepted by the government before invoicing. C.To add provision 52.232-13 Notice of Progress Payments and clause 52.232-16 Progress Payments. Alternate I (Mar 2000). D.To change the specification sheet submittal requirement. Offerors are not required to submit a specification sheet if they are quoting the exact part number requested. Please only submit specification sheets for items that are quoted as an equal part number. E. There are no other changes.
