- Amended Combined Synopsis HSCG23-16-Q-MSR032 COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG23-16-Q- MSR032 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-89. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541690, and the small business size standard is $14 million. This procurement is being reserved exclusively for qualified small businesses in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.8. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to award one Firm Fixed Price contract for technical support services needed to assist the USCG to participate in the process for developing and maintaining technical standards. QUOTE SUBMISSION AND QUESTIONS DEADLINE Please note this RFQ shall not be considered direction to proceed with the subject effort, nor a promise of future direction to proceed. Please see announcement for submission and questions deadlines. Contractors are solely responsible for quote submission costs. CONTRACT LINE ITEM NUMBERS The Contract Line Items Numbers (CLINs) are provided in Attachment 1 - Pricing Spreadsheet. STATEMENT OF WORK The Statement of Work (SOW) is provided in Attachment 2 - Statement of Work.
