- August 17, 2016 The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region has requirement for spare parts needed for ABB Circuit Breakers located in 230kv and 500kv switchyards at Grand Coulee Power Office, per Specifications provided by the Bureau of Reclamation. This is a firm fixed price, brand name requirement being procured in accordance with Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations with a 100% small business set aside. DESCRIPTION: This requirement is for spare parts packages for ABB circuit breakers located in the 230kv and 500kv Switchyards at the Grand Coulee Power Office. An assortment of spares parts are needed to maintain and repair the circuit breakers. NAICS AND SIZE STANDARD: The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335313 and the associated Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. SOCILITATION RELEASE DATE: The release date for this solicitation number R16PS01617 is anticipated to be on or around August 19, 2016 with a response date of August 29, 2016 but all dates in this notice are subject to change.
