Solicitation Number: HSCG38-16-Q-J00377 Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG38-16-Q-J00377 is issued as a request for quotes. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89 Effective 14 Jul 2016. The small business set aside has been dissolved and this requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 336413 and the small business size standard is 1,250 Employees. The Product Service Code is J016-Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment-Aircraft Components and Accessories. The original equipment manufacturer (OEM) is Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (Cage Code 78286). Sherwood Aviation (Cage Code 3EM37) is a known approved repair source for the repair of High Speed Shaft Assemblies. The contractor shall furnish a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with FAR Clause 52.246-15. The COC must be submitted in the format specified in the clause. Offerors shall provide necessary certification including traceability to the OEM. The awardee must be able to provide a clear, documented, auditable paper trail for ownership and transfer of each part from the OEM to the final vendor. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Medium Range Recovery (MRR), Procurement Branch intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price purchase order for the repair of high speed shaft assemblies listed below. Item 1: NSN: 1615-01-524-7805 P/N 70361-08014-041 SHAFT ASSY, H.S QTY 21 each Staggered delivery on or before: Four (4) each delivery in 60 days. Five (5) each delivery in 90 days Six (6) each delivery in 120 days Six (6) each delivery in 150 days Earlier deliveries are desired and will be accepted. F.O.B. Destination is requested as the F.O.B. point for the Deliverables. All offers will be considered F.O.B. Destination unless F.O.B. Origin is specified AND shipping costs are included.
