- Description
- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security/Customs and Border Protection (DHS/CBP) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Preventative Maintenance and Repair Program for the Northwest Region. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, parts, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, certifications and management necessary to provide for equipment and system maintenance and repairs at Government facilities in the Northwest Region. The estimated period of performance shall be a twelve (12) month Base Period plus four (4) additional 12 month option periods. This acquisition will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside. All work will be performed at various CBP facilities throughout the Northwest Region. Proposals shall be submitted No Later Than (NLT) 5:00 PM EDT on 09 September 2016. The anticipated contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (FFP/IDIQ) Hybrid type contract. The Preventative Maintenance and Minor Repair portions of this contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Task Orders will be issued for the Major Repairs portion of this contract.
