- Davis-Monthan Local instrustions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-16-Q-0422 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89, Defense Circular Number 20160811, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2016-0603. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. This procurement is being issued with small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 335312 with a size standard of 1000 Employees or less. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001- 1 EA 400 Hz Unitron Generator OR EQUAL IAW salient Characteristics listed below: SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: Upright, mobility capable 400 Hz frequency generator, Input: 208 V, 3 phase, 50/60 Hz, Output: 115 V L-N / 200 V L-L, 3 phase, 400 Hz, 45 kVA continuous load rating (meant to provide aircraft power at this amperage level), Capable of operating 24/7 in temperatures from 0-130 degrees Fahrenheit, Built-in maintenance diagnostic system, Digital Control Panel, External Communication Port Access, front panel USB, Ethernet, I-2; Input surge protection IAW IEEE C62.41, Category B, I-5; 5% Max.
