- 16T0189_sol N00164-16-T-0189- SOLE SOURCE - HPOI SWITCH MATRIX - PSC 5999 - NAICS 334419 ISSUE DATE 19 AUGUST 2016 - CLOSING DATE 24 AUGUST 2016 - 3:00 PM Eastern Time This solicitation is being issued to the procedures of FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-16-T-0189 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Aeroflex Control Components D/B/A Aeroflex Microelectronic Solutions, Inc., 40 Industrial Way East, Eatontown, NJ, 07724, Cage Code: 64537. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following: Base Award CLIN 0001, (QTY:1)- HPOI Switch Matrix, P/N: ACSA-A806G1 Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, installation, and transportation FOB Destination Crane, IN 47522. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. The anticipated award date is September 15th, 2016. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted via FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps site for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
