- Headsets Specs Plug Detail and Specifications Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F6THCC6162AW01 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89, 15 Aug 2016 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20160811. It is the contractor's responsibility to become familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 334310 with number of employees not to exceed 750. Description of Requirement: CLIN 0001: Radio Headsets. Sennheiser HME 46 or equal. - Headset top Switchcraft TA6ML connector with quick release that will connect to our existing headset base (Switchcraft TA6FLX). Headset model and base specifications are listed in a separate attachment (plug detail). - ESD protection - Flexible boom (full articulation) - Multi-channel or phased spatial audio (up to 9 separate channels) - Talk-through Technology - Active noise canceling - Rugged sturdy but comfortable design (worn for up to 12 hour shifts) QTY 200 EA.
