- Attachment 3 - Regional Security Office (RSO) Tokyo Security Form Attachment 2 - Hazard Assessment Sheet Attachment 1 - Sample Task Order Form Request for Quotations Cover Letter Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. This is an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract for obtaining painting services for apartment compound and Chancery building of the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo, Japan. The performance period of this contract is from the start date in the Notice to Proceed and continuing for 12 months, with four one-year options to renew. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The U.S. Government plans to issue the solicitation in mid-August 2016. This solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps (Federal Business Opportunities). Please see the solicitation for actual response due date. No paper copies will be mailed and no electronic proposals shall be accepted. Note: As required by U.S. Government's federal acquisition regulation (FAR), prospective offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
