- Expression of Interest Sought THERE IS NO SOLICIATION AT THIS TIME. This request is for information only and does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred associated to this request for capability information. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, TN, desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield approximately 3800 to 4050 net usable square feet (NUSF) in Nashville, TN for use as a Veteran's Center to be staffed by VA personnel. The space must be existing space on no more than one (1) floor. Space must be handicapped accessible. On-site parking for a minimum of 25 vehicles is required in addition to secure parking for a Mobile Vet Center on site. A lease of five (5) years firm, five (5) years non-firm will be considered. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: Bounded in the northwest by Briley Parkway and Lebanon Pike. Bounded in the northeast by Lebanon Pike and Donelson Pike. Bounded in the southwest by Thompson Lane and Route 65. Bounded in the southeast by Route 65 and Harding Place. Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the Contracting Officer by 3:00pm Central Time, Friday September 2, 2016 and must include the following information: 1.Building name, address and location of the available space 2.Amount of offered space in Rentable Square Feet (RSF) and Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) 3.Building ownership information, brokers or legal representatives must show written acknowledgement and permission to represent the property. 4.Amount of parking available on-site Contracting Officer: Hollie A.
