- Description
- The purpose of this project is to demolish excess buildings B1102, B1107, B1110, B1122, B1132, B1181, B1227, B1228, B1615, 31102 & 31805 SCPS and B1715 and B746 at Osan AB, Korea. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) Experience of the offeror in demolition work that is the same or similar to the work described in the PWS; The successful offeror must have had experience in the past five (5) years performing the same or similar demolition work as the work described in the PWS. A prime contractor may use the experience of a proposed subcontractor to demonstrate experience with the same or similar demolition work. (ii) Past performance (see FAR 15.304); The Government will evaluate an offeror's past performance information on file (such as CPARS and similar information) to determine if it demonstrates acceptable or better past performance on demolition projects that are the same or similar to the work described in the PWS. An offeror that has no past performance information for demolition work will receive a "neutral" rating. (iii) Price; The price proposals will not be technically rated, but will be evaluated to determine if they are fair and reasonable.
