Description

J & A The San Juan National Forest Service in Durango, CO. intends to execute a sole source contract to Advanced Telemetry Systems, Inc., under authority 10 U.S.C. 3304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government has a requirement for GPS Collars for Sheep. Refer to attached Scope of Work. This notice is neither a request for a competitive proposal nor a solicitation for offerors. A determination by the Government to not complete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government. If your company can provide the required service and/or tasks as described above, please provide a capability package to the Purchasing Agent by the response date of 26 August 2016.
