Informal RFQ RFQ: M33000-16-SU-LP117 & M33000-16-SU-LP127 Issue Date: 22 August 2016 REGIONAL CONTRACTING OFFICE MCI WEST REQUEST FOR QUOTE INFORMATION SHEET Solicitation Number / RFQ Number: M33000-16-SU-LP117 & M33000-16-SU-LP127 PROJECT: WOVEN WIRE FENCING PROJECTS RFQ CLOSE DATE: 7:30 A.M. PST ON 26 AUGUST 2016 REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE: 30 DAYS ADC Upon completion of this quote, please email your response to richard.aguila@usmc.mil, 760-725-3614 This procurement is 100% set aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 332618, Other Fabricated Wire Product Manufacturing. Small businesses under this NAICS Code are those employing no more than 500 employees. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not Small Business under NAICS Code 332618 will not be considered for award. Contractors bear the burden of ensuring that quotes (and any authorized amendments) reach the designated office on time and should allow a reasonable time for facsimile and e-mail transmissions to be completed. All pages of the quote must reach the office before the deadline specified in this solicitation. The contractor bears the risk of non-receipt of electronically transmitted quotations and should confirm receipt. Contract Authority: The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, in accordance with FAR part 13 and FAR part 12. As a result of this authority, certain requirements for soliciting, awarding, and notifying quoters are streamlined. In accordance with FAR 12.102(c), when a policy in another part is inconsistent with FAR Part 12, Part 12 shall take precedence. The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price Contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforming to the solicitation represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. A complete quote must be received for consideration. A complete quote is completion and submissions of items 1-4 below. The Government reserves the right not to award a contract as a result of this solicitation. 1. Will include 3'X7' swing door Color: Dark Brown 1 EA 0002 14'Depth X 22' Width X 8' Height with roof. Will include 3'X7' swing door. Color: Gray 1 EA 0003 The shape of this fencing requirement is not square. Please refer to page 3a and 3b for the RFQ attachment regarding the layout and dimensions. Color: Brown & Silver 1 EA 0004 20' Depth X 24'Width X 8' Height with roof. Will include slide gate (6'W X 8'H) Color: Gray 1 EA 0005 23' Depth X 19'5" Width X 8'1" Height. Will include a slide gate (6'Width X 7-10" Height) Color: Silver Galvanized 1 EA TOTAL 4. Technical Acceptability- • Woven wire fencing is to be provided and installed by the vendor. • All wire edges are to be enclosed in at least 12 gauge channel. • Require 10 gauge 1 1/2" diamond mesh wire • Fence stiffeners, if required, are to be either "C" channel, steel flat bar or 2" X 2" posts centered on the wire partitions. • The vendor is to provide field measurements and drawings upon award for approval prior to fabrication. • Must meet the specifications within the Statement of Work (SOW) with drawings.
