- Statement of Work Site List LOCAL COMMERCIAL SERVICE AUTHORIZATION (CSA) SOURCES SOUGHT 22 August 2016 The purpose of this sources sought is to inquire on an as-needed basis, local telephone exchange services for large and medium size Air Force Bases(AFB), Air Force Stations(AFS), Air Reserve Bases(ARB), Air National Guard Bases(ANGB) and International Airports(IAP) throughout the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. Local telecommunication services shall include, but not limited to: all services listed in Attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW), to ensure technical and administrative capabilities can be provided to support the United States large and medium size Air Force facilities. Contracts scheduled to expire within the next 12 months (August 2016 through September 2017) are listed in Attachment 2, Sources Sought List for AFB, etc. The expiring contract sites are represented by Contract Number, Site, State, Awarded Amount and Current Expiration Date. The contractor shall demonstrate the capability to provide local telecommunication services for the locations listed per SOW requirement. •1. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. It is not a Request for Proposal, a Request for Quotation, an Invitation for Bid, a solicitation, or an indication the US Air Force (AF) or 38 CEIG/CONS/LGCB will contract for the sites contained in this sources sought. In addition, 38 CEIG/CONS/LGCB will not pay respondents for information provided in response to this sources sought. •2. AFSPC 38 Cyberspace Engineering Installation Group (CEIG)/CONS/LGCB is requesting information from industry as part of market research to determine what qualified telecommunications services contractors exist in the market, with respect to small businesses. •3. For this Sources Sought, a business will be considered small under the North American Industry Classification System(NAICS) 517110 with a size standard of less then 1500 employees. The government is interested in all small businesses including 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUB Zone), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), economically disadvantaged women-owned small business (EDWOSB), or women-owned small business (WOSB) that are interested in performing these possible requirements. •4. The government requests interested parties submit the following: a brief description of their company's business size (i.e., annual revenues and employee size), business status (i.e., 8(a), HUB Zone, or SDVOSB, Women Owned Small Business, or small business), description of similar services offered to other government and commercial customers. Also, provide a written statement confirming the capabilities to provide ALL services in the attached SOW. Interested Contractors shall also provide CAGE and DUNS numbers for the government to inquire in the System for Award Management (SAM.Gov) in your response. (If your small business is not registered in System for Award Management (SAM.Gov), this is required of all contractors prior to contract award or agreement with the government in accordance with FAR 4.11-Central Contractor Registration and DFAR 204.11-System for Award Management.) All responses should address the requirements in the two (2) attachments mentioned above. Responses that only provide a company website will not be considered. Responses to this sources sought are requested by 3:00 PM, CST, on 14 September 2016. All responses shall not have any proprietary information or markings to be considered.
