- Solicitation for Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Flush Restroom, Reynolds Creek, Waco Lake, Texas This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation is being procured in accordance with commercial procedures, which includes but is not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A total small business set-aside solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 327390. Size standard: 500 Employees. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price, stand-alone (P-Type) contract. Incomplete quotes shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered or evaluated. Only one offer will be made by the government. Project Information: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide one new prefabricated, 100% reinforced concrete, flush restroom as defined in the Scope of Work. The project is to be completed no later than 28 January 2017.
