- Attachment 3 Specifications Compliance Offerors Complete Attachment 2 Generator Criteria Specifications (revised) AMENDMENT A00001 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate revised Attachment 2 General Criteria Specifications and Attachment 3 Specifications Compliance (Offerors Complete). Specifically, Attachments 2 and 3 were revised to include Generator Output Circuit Breaker. Attachment 3 was revised to fix technical spreadsheet errors. All other terms, clauses, and provisions of this combined synopsis/solicitation remain unchanged.
