The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the always intriguing Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-89. The selected Offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items - the selected offeror must submit a completed copy of the listed representations and certifications; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, paragraph (a) and the following clauses in paragraph (b): 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 52.232-34. The projected magnitude of this construction project, based upon the independent government estimate, is under $25,000.00 REQUIREMENT. Remove, dispose of, and replace carpet at Glen Canyon NRA Visitor & Resource Protection at the historic Wahweap District Ranger office. Project includes 400 yards of carpet. The carpet is brand name only to match existing: Franchise II 26 54745, Burlwood 00750, Textured Loop, Performance Broadloom, Eco Solution Q ® Nylon, StaLok ® backing, 26.0 tufted weight. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE. Glen Canyon National Recreation Area / Wahweap Ranger Station / Coconino County / Page AZ 86040 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. Approximately 12 September 2016 through 22 October 2016. PAST PERFORMANCE. Your company must not be excluded from conducting business with the federal government. SITE VISIT. Tuesday, 30 August 2016, 1300h (1:pm) LOCAL TIME at the Wahweap Ranger Station. There are three line items on this solicitation. If you use your form, ensure that you send us all of the requested information: an all-inclusive quote, the total, your DUNS, and a POC. Quantity is one for all line items, unit of measure is lump sum. Line Item #1: PROVIDE AND INSTALL carpet to match existing. Quantity = 1 Lump Sum Line Item #2: RETAIL SALES TAX. Quantity = 1 Lump Sum Line Item #3: MISCELLANEOUS FEES not addressed elsewhere. *Optional* Quantity = 1 Lump Sum SCOPE OF WORK. The Contractor shall remove and legally dispose of, existing carpet installed at the Wahweap District Rangers Office to match recently replaced carpet in the WWDRO training room, approximately 400 square feet. Provide all labor, supervision, tools, and peripheral items required to complete this project.
