- Flight Inspection of Terminal Instrument Procedures, Landing Systems and NAVAIS, McMurdo & Amundsen-Scott South Pole Stations, Antarctica THIS RFI IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. It is a market research tool used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of award. The RFI does not commit the Government to solicit or award an order now or in the future. No solicitation is available at this time. The information requested may be used by the National Science Foundation (NSF) to develop an acquisition strategy. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and will be provided at no cost to the Government. The Government is not obligated to pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this FBO announcement. Interested businesses are requested to submit a brief Capabilities Statement package to Christy Donahue by 5:00p.m. on Friday, October 7, 2016. The subject line on your email shall read "RFI-Flight Inspection Procedures in Antarctica". Please do not call the contracting office for information as all inquiries should be provided in writing. All inquiries shall be submitted via email to cdonahue@nsf.gov in order to mitigate any misunderstanding or confusion.
