- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89 (effective 7/14/2016). It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at https://www.acquisition.gov/?q=/browse/far/52. Quotations are being requested via this notice only. A written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is P16PS02534, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industrial Classifications System (NAICS) code is 237310 and the size standard is $36.5 million dollars. The acquisition is set aside for Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.502-2. This Request for Quote will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility. This Request for Quote is for the supply and delivery of 144 tons of Park Treat Material. This is a supply only purchase. Delivery shall be made to: Yosemite National Park, Church bowl Picnic Area, Ahwahnee Drive, Yosemite Valley, CA 95389.
