- Justification and Approval The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to solicit on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, with CRU Consulting, a consultancy division of CRU International Limited, Chancery House, 53-64 Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1QS, United Kingdom. The Commission anticipates awarding a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to CRU Consulting, for the purpose of this requirement is to obtain exclusive and custom global aluminum industry market data. The required global aluminum industry market data will allow the Commission to conduct an aluminum fact-finding investigation. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Michael Pigram, Contracting Officer, at michael.pigram@usitc.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
