Description

This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted for Brand Name or Equal items by the Network 10 Contracting Office, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106 to identify sources that are capable of providing the supplies and/or services outlined below. Delivery will be made to the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, located at 4646 John R St, Detroit, MI 48201. If this is a requirement that your business can meet, respond to this inquiry by Thursday, August 25, 2106 at 3:30 pm (EST). Please send e-mail responses to: Terry Van Allen at terry.vanallen@va.gov. (Note: This is NOT a request for quote or an announcement of a solicitation). Responses should include the following seven pieces of information: (1) Business Name and Address; (2) Brand Name or Equal Description; (3) GSA/FSS Contract Number; (4) Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and E-mail Address; (5) DUNS; (6) Business Size Small or Large (7) Type of Business, i.e., Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, 8A, HUBZone, Women Owned, Disadvantaged, etc. All businesses eligible are encouraged to reply, as this information may be used to determine any potential Set-aside for Veteran Owned Small Business.
