Description

See attached Solicitation. Mount Morris Dam (MMD) Sanitary System project consists of, but is not limited to, providing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials required to rehab septic system at Mount Morris Dam in Mount Morris, NY. The Government intends to award one (1) firm fixed priced contract as a result of this solicitation. The applicable Wage Determination number is NY160030. The Wage determination is attached in the solicitation. The cost of contract for this project is estimated at $25,000 to $100,000. The Buy American act is applicable to this acquisition. Offerors Must be registered in SAM Database (www.sam.gov) in order to be awarded contract. Project is subject to "Availability of Funds" see FAR Clause 52.232-18 in section 00700. Proposal Offer will be accepted via electronic means to walter.kamad@usace.army.mil. Site visit is scheduled for 30-Aug-2016 at 11:00AM, see FAR Clause 52.236-27 for more information. Please see attachment with solicitation.
