- Purpose of the Announcement: In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (FAA AMS) paragraph 3.2.2.4, to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) intends to modify DTFAWA10A-00152, Delivery Order 0004 with Hi-Tech Systems Inc. to extend contract by Six (6) months. Period of Performance will extend from 9/21/2016 till 3/20/2017. This is necessary to allow for the follow-on procurement to be awarded. All responses to this announcement must be directed to William Bleda at William.Bleda@faa.gov no later than 12:00PM EST Standard Time, August 26, 2016.
