- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm- fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to Oklahoma State University, 519 LSW, Stillwater OK, 74078. The requirement is for specialized extraction, chemical analysis, and interpretation of passive sampling devices (Polar Organic Chemical Integrative Samplers POCIS) that have been exposed to seawater potentially contaminated with organic marker chemicals of human activity associated with wastewater or septic sources (i.e. pharmaceuticals, hand sanitizers, fragrances, and compounds naturally excreted by humans caffeine, nicotine, sterols, and artificial sweeteners). This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 541620 and the business size standard is $15M.
