- Pre-solicitation notice for design, fabrication, and installation of fall protection on Building 320 Paint Prep Line #2 at Letterkenny Army Depot. Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) intends to issue a firm fixed price requirements contract for the design, fabrication and installation of fall protection on ten (10) each paint and drying booths. This procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332323. A Purchase Description (PD) and drawings will be posted with the solicitation. The free on board (FOB) point is Letterkenny Army Depot (Destination). Solicitation number W911N2-16-T-0046 will be released on 19 August 2016, with a closing date of 8 September 2016. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.fbo.gov/ on 20 September 2016.
