- Solicitation Amendment 1 Scope of Work Davis Bacon Wage Determination Solicitation Site details and Drawings The U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Wainwright has a requirement to repair the earthen roof covering building 2201 (ammo bunker).The Contractor shall provide all labor, expertise and materials required to perform all work in accordance with these specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. A site visit will be conducted on 29 August 2016, 1000 AKT at BLDG 3015 in DPW's Facilities Management Conference Room. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the points of contact below NLT 30 August 2016 by 1300 AKT. All questions will be responded to through FBO. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Offers must be received electronically to the points of contact listed below. No other method of quote submission will be accepted. Adobe (.pdf) and Microsoft (.doc) are acceptable formats for submitting quotes. The electronic file must be under 8MB total to ensure it can be received by e-mail. If you are having any issues submitting your offers, please contact the POCs listed below as soon as possible. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
