The proposed facility shall not be located in the immediate vicinity of any "hazardous" facilities such as fuel storage areas, gas stations, chemical manufacturing facilities, etc., as well as railroad lines transporting hazardous material. •B. The proposed facility shall not be located near law enforcement agencies. •C. Agency cannot be collocated with agencies providing probation and/or parole services, nor private, state, or federal prosecuting attorneys. •D. Contiguous space is preferred. Space must be located on the second floor or higher of a multistory building. Space on the below the second floor will be considered only when no other space is available or if deemed appropriate. Additional security requirements will be required for space below the second floor. •E. Satisfactory public transportation must be available within two (2) blocks of the space offered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
