Description

DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS Office of Operations, Security, and Preparedness CLOUD-BASED COLLABORATION SOFTWARE WebEOC or EQUAL The Contractor shall provide Intermedix WebEOC Incident Management Software (IMS), Enterprise Edition Software as a Service (SaaS) OR EQUAL. WebEOC is a web based collaboration tool which Federal, State, and Local emergency managers and agencies use as part of a structured incident command system to share information, manage resources and coordinate operations. The Contractor can provide brand name or equivalent cloud-based Incident Management Software as long as a list of requirements outlined as 27 salient characteristics is met. Delivery, installation, setup, configuration, and testing shall be within 30 days after receipt of order. The period of performance shall be 12-months from the date of delivery and acceptance, plus four (4) option periods, if exercised by VA. The base year will include installation, setup, configuration, and training, as well as annual subscription, annual ASP hosting, and helpdesk support. Option years will include annual subscription, annual ASP hosting, and helpdesk support. The Government intends to post the solicitation within 5 business days of this notice.
