Description

Addendum 52.212-1 Instructions to Offers Attachment B - Wage Determinations Attachment A - Statement of Work Combined Synopsis Solicitation Currently, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Bismarck Plant Materials Center (PMC), located at 3308 University Drive Bismarck, ND 58504, is using a traveling big gun irrigation system that is extremely inefficient in terms of both water and energy usage and causes damage to young seedlings and grasses during establishment. The work shall consist of furnishing two linear move sprinkler systems including all required appurtenances and control systems for operation as noted within the attached statement of work. The supplier will deliver all equipment to the site, assemble it, provide a working demonstration of all functions, and provide a 1 day training to NRCS staff covering operation and maintenance of the system.
