Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release Requests for Quote (RFQ). This RFQ is intended as Small Business Set-Aside, we are seeking quotes on: Procurement and Installation of 12 Air Curtains (heated) for the Saint Louis VA Medical Center (JC and JB Facility). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 238290 - Other building equipment contractors, with a business size standard of $15 Million. All RFQ details, to include full specifications will be included in the RFQ and attached Statement of Work, which will be released on or about August 25, 2016. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quotes will be August 31st, 2016, 11:00 am EST. RFQ response shall be submitted via email referencing the "RFQ - VA255-16-Q-0854" in the subject line to emilio.ballentos@va.gov Questions regarding this RFQ must be received by this office NLT August 26, 2016 @ 11:00 am EST. All amendments and any other information pertaining to this Request for Quote, and answers to the submitted questions will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov on August 29, 2016 @ 4:00 pm EST. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award. In addition, FAR 4.11 states that prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database prior to award of a contract. All Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) shall be verified in VetBiz at www.vip.vetbiz.gov.
