Vendor Questions: 1.Eugene is listed as a site with a cart but it is not listed in the solicitation please advise. Eugene can be found as a part of Roseburg and is listed in section B.14 VISN 20 Locations of the solicitation. 2.What sites require the instrument that will provide the ability to view cells on a monitor? The ability to view cells on a monitor is no longer a requirement but can be offered as an option. 3.CLIN 0003 'all other hematology analyzers and reagents', is very confusing, can you be more specific or give us an example? Is this specifically for optional items? Please consider this CLIN as all other hematology analyzers and reagents as needed but not specified. This will allow us to order more items, as needed, due to changes in industry standards. 4.Nothing else follows.
