- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST IN AMARILLO, TX RLP No. 6TX0579 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Texas City:Amarillo Delineated Area:Offered buildings must be within the following boundaries of Amarillo, TX North:From the intersection of Arnot Road and I-40, travel east along Amarillo Boulevard to Loop 335/ North Lakeside Drive. East:From the intersection of Amarillo Boulevard and Loop 335/ North Lakeside Drive, south on Loop 335/North Lakeside Drive, then east on Hwy 287 to Parsley Road, south on Parsley Road to CR 58, then east on CR 58 to S. Masterson Road, then south to the intersection of S. Masterson and McCormick Road. South:From the intersection of McCormick Road and Masterson Road, travel west along McCormick Road to Pullman Road/1258, then northwest to Claude Hwy/1151, then west to S. Washington, then south to McCormick Road, then west to VFW/Soncy Road, then south to FM 2219, then west to Dowell Road. West:From the intersection of Dowell Road and FM 2219, travel north to W. A fenced, screened and secure Sally Port is required adjacent to the offered space (2,122 square feet). Space shall be located in a professional office setting and not within 200 feet of residential areas, schools, parks or churches. Space should not be located near establishments where alcoholic beverages are sold or served, or where there are tenants related to drug treatment or detention facilities. Space should not be located near childcare, daycare or similar businesses. Space will not be considered where apartment space or other living quarters are located within the building. A small portion of this space will be dedicated to short-term holding of detainees, no overnight detention will occur at the building. Building location must provide all city utilities. Offered space must be in a building that has earned the Energy Star label in the most recent year or will have obtained it prior to lease award, unless the offered space meets a statutory exception. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. All services, janitorial supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the fully serviced rent. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Energy Star, Fire Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, Seismic and Sustainability set forth in the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). Space shall not be located within a base (100-year) flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. Subleases will not be considered. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1.Building name and address and location of the available space within the building; 2.Rentable square feet available, and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; 3.ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered, and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced.
