Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a newly manufactured compact track loader/multi terrain loader, a variety of attachments, and a tandem axle trailer suitable to haul the loader. All items will be delivered FOB to Cross Lake Recreation Area, in Crow Wing County, Minnesota. This equipment will be used year round for a variety of tasks at a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers dam, recreation area and campground. It will be used for a wide variety of tasks, including clearing snow, mowing brush, unloading flatbed trucks, moving logs, digging postholes, and dam repair work. Because it is operating on sensitive terrain, such as waterlogged soil, dike slopes and campsites, it is critical that this loader have wide rubber tracks and exert minimal ground pressure. The contracted vendor will accept a Bobcat 742B skid steer, attachments and a tandem axle trailer as trade-in. This is solicitation is an unrestricted Request for Quotes (RFQ). Vendors of any size are invited to submit quotes.
