Description
Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q-15-T-0007 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55. This requirement is being advertised as unrestricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code(s) are 812332 with a Size Standard of $38.5 Million. The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Mississippi-Contracting Office, Jackson, MS intends to issue one (1) purchase order for all shop rag pick up, laundering, and delivery services: REQUIREMENT- LOCATION: Central Mississippi only. CLIN 0001 – Rag Laundering Services, Base Year (01 September 2016 – 31 August 2017); see attached Performance Work Statement CLIN 0002 - Rag Laundering Services, Option Year 1 (01 September 2017 – 31 August 2018); see attached Performance Work Statement CLIN 0003 - Rag Laundering Services, Option Year 2 (01 September 2018 – 31 August 2019); see attached Performance Work Statement CLIN 0004 - Rag Laundering Services, Option Year 3 (01 September 2019 – 31 August 2020); see attached Performance Work Statement CLIN0005 - Rag Laundering Services, Option Year 4 (01 September 2020 – 31 August 2021); see attached Performance Work Statement -Vendor will submit your quote in on time or your quote will not be considered for award process. Check for Advertisement Modifications in FedBiz Ops. -Award will be based on Lowest Price and technically acceptable proposal. -Vendor must be current with SAM/CCR Certification. -Vendor must provide your DUNN, TaxID, and CAGE Code with your quote. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Technical when combined, with price are equal in importance.. This solicitation is prepared IAW FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The following clauses apply: FAR 52-212-1, Instructions to Offerors (JAN 2005); FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999) applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, based on technical capability and price, when combined are approximately equal. Multiple awards will not be made.
