- Contractor Capability Survey - Low Power Color Radar (LPCR) Receiver Transmitter Processor (RTP) Photo of Unit Low Power Color Radar (LPCR) Receiver Transmitter Processor (RTP) he Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet requirements for qualification and production of C- 130J Low Power Color Radar (LPCR) Receiver Transmitter Processor (RTP) listed below: NOUN NSN P/N Receiver Transmitter Processor (RTP) 5841-01-522-1618LG 780R270G10 This requirement is for manufacturing services. Our manufacturing services strategy is a three-year contract (basic plus two option years). The projected quantities will be 24 each during the basic year and Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) of three (3) each for the first option and four (4) each for the second option. Quantities are subject to change. The AN/APN-241 LPCR system includes an antenna, indicator and control panels, a Receiver Transmitter Processor (RTP), a RTP mount, an antenna power supply, a wired chassis and several Line Replaceable Modules (LRMs). The AN/APN-241 is a low power, lightweight pulsed Doppler radar in the transport class with a high resolution synthetic aperture radar mapping mode. In addition to meeting needs for precision navigation, this mapping capability enables operators to execute landing missions with confidence on unimproved runways without aid from ground-based landing systems.
