- PRE-SOLICITATION - W91247-16-T-0029 External Facility and Structure Pressure Washing Fort Bragg, North Carolina Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Bragg, North Carolina will issue solicitation W91247-16-T-0029 for a requirement to provide pressure washing services at Fort Bragg on various vertical buildings and structures. The mission for this requirement is to provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, supervision and any other items necessary to perform all operations in connection with the pressure washing services at an estimation of 8,000 square feet per building or structure, which includes but is not limited to the following: high visual Headquarter buildings, Child Development Centers (CDCs), bridges and water tanks. These services will be provided on Fort Bragg, Pope AFB, Camp MacKall, Simmons Army Airfield, and Linden Oaks Subdivision, North Carolina as illustrated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All work performed by the Contractor shall be In Accordance With (IAW) all applicable laws, regulations, and commercial practices. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The requirement will be set-aside for competitive HUBZone, under NAICS Code 561790, with a size standard of $7.5 Million. A Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated under solicitation number W91247-16-T-0029 and will be available for downloading at the Government Point of Entry, www.fbo.com. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) per FAR Provision 52.212-1(k) - Acquisition of Commercial Items Provisions and Clauses (Apr 2014) and FAR Clause 52.212-4(t) - Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (May 2015). Offerors must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. The Government anticipates posting of the Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 26 August 2016.
