- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability and capability of small businesses (including certified 8(a), Small Disadvantaged, and HUB-Zone firms; veteran and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, and women-owned small businesses. This notice is for planning purposes only, and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, a Request for Proposals, Solicitation, Request for Quotes, or an indication the Government will contract for the items contained herein. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this notice. The Government does not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this sources sought. Introduction This Sources Sought Notice is being conducted to identify potential small Manufactures/Authorized Distributors capable of producing or supplying Brand name Supplies. The Department of Peri-Operative Medicine is requesting Preventative Maintenance Agreement for Nero Omega System with MER & EEG Module which is a micro-electrode recordong and simulatiom system for deep brain stimulation surgery.The purpose of this inquiry is to provide the surgical Neurology Branch with equipment support for multi-modality micro-electrode recording systemthat can capture single unit spiking data, local field potential data, simutaneous surface EEG data and that can provide real time online analysis and triggerd patterned electrical stimulation Base Year with four option year renewels-The The Period of Performance will be determine at a later date.
